At the function held by Saayammusic release , SAC, father of Thalapathy Vijay said that he wrote Tamil in the coloumn of caste while admitting his son to school. He said this as the film advocates against casteism Vijay Vishwa who plays the lead said after Attakathi and Kuttipuli he got a caste tag and decided to shed it. Abtony swamy directs the film.and produced by White Lamp Productions. Saini plays the heroine in this film starring Vijay Vishwa. Starring Ponvannan, Bose Venkat, Sita, Prince, Tennavan, Senthi, Elizabeth, Benjamin and many more. Naga Uthayan composed the music for the film, which was shot by Saleem and Christopher. Muthu Munuswamy has taken care of the editing. Yugabarathi, Viveka, Anthony Dasan and Pon Seeman have written the songs. RV Udayakumar, Sairamani, Jaguar Thangam, actor Bose Venkat, PRO Union President Diamond Babu, Tamil Nadu Press Association President DSR Subhash, actresses Keerthana and others were the special guests at the event. Komal Sharma, Shasvi Bala, songwriters Kambam Gunaji, Sorko and many others were present.
