The creative director is bringing us another Epic Adventure from The Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe (PVCU). Prasanth Varma announced a sequel titled Jai HanuMan towards the end of the prequel. The director already prepared the script for the sequel which is going to be mounted on a large scale. This one is going to offer an experience like never before with a larger than life story, huge canvas and top-notch production and technical standards. Prasanth Varma has chosen a propitious occasion to begin the pre-production. On the momentous day of the inauguration of the Ayodhya Ram Temple, Prasanth Varma took part in a Yagam in Hanuman temple in Hyderabad. The film's script was placed in front of the idol of Hanuman, to take blessings for the project. They felt they can't get a better occasion than this to commence the pre-production. They released a couple of posters. While one shows Prasanth Varma standing in front of the deity and holding the script, the other shows the last sequence from Hanu-Man where the sequel was announced. Ashok Selvan and his wife Keerthy Pandian movie Blue Star is distributed by Sri Gokulam Movies in Kerala. At the promotional met of the film Pa Ranjith of Neelam Productions who has directed Rajini film Kapalli said that he did not agree with the statement that A 500 year old issue was solved by Modi Sarkar over the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya. He said that history cannot be twisted. Santhanu Bhagyaraj plays a role. The film deals about how politics robs talents from getting opportunities in cricket. Debutant Jaykumar directs.

Nikhila Vimal in Sarath- Ashok Selvan cop thriller- Erumbu first look - Cameraman Sridhar Academy opens

Applause Entertainment, in collaboration with E4 Experiments and Eprius Studio, is making a significant impact on the Tamil film industry through their production of the movie "Por Thozil." The film's first look and release date have been officially announced, and it is set to hit theaters on June 9th. The initial glimpse showcases Ashok Selvan and R., while the various appearances of Sarathkumar have captivated fans. Ashok Selvan and R. star in the investigative thriller "Por Thozil," directed by Vignesh Raja, who is making his directorial debut. Sarathkumar and Nikila Vimal play the lead roles. The story revolves around a young police officer who is assigned to apprehend a serial killer. The constable forms an alliance with a senior colleague to investigate and approach the criminal. Applause Entertainment, led by Sameer Nair, a part of the Aditya Birla Group, has a track record of producing and releasing successful shows such as "Rudra: The Edge of Darkness," "Midhya," "Criminal Justice," and "Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story." The initial glimpses of Erumbu, an upcoming film featuring Monica Siva, Shakthi Rithvik, and George Maryan, were unveiled on Wednesday by the film's creators. Directed by Suresh G, this movie is described as a heartwarming drama. The cast also includes Charlie, MS Bhaskar, Susan George, Paravai Suntharaambaal, and Jagan, among others. "Erumbu follows the story of a young boy, portrayed by Shakthi Ritvik, who misplaces a one-gram ring and embarks on a quest to find it before his family returns home. Monica plays his sister, and George Maryan plays his friend, both of whom support him throughout his journey. Recovering the ring is crucial as it would greatly benefit their financially struggling family.

Check out the recently launched 24MM Film Academy, an institute of Cinematography that caters to aspiring cinematographers. This academy, founded by renowned Cinematographer G. Sridhar, known for his work in the film Parierum Perumal, embodies the phrase "by the Cinematographer, for the Cinematographer." Pa Ranjith 's Kuthiravaal to get a theatre release - Anjali Patil lauds democratic 'film making way

 Kuthiravaal will get a theater release on March 4th and prior to that the film's audio was released. Pa Ranjith , producer- director who backed this experimental film which deals with magical realism said that such films need to come out and hoped that the audience would come to grips with it. He said that subjects that challenged him intellectually always fascinated him and that is why he agreed to produce it and Vignesh joined him.

Film as the title says horse tail is about a bank employee who wakes up to find him having a horse tail and a horse without it.. He sees a sky  where the Sun and Moon appear at the same time. Kamal Haasan's Aalavandhan & Irandam Ulagam.of Selvaraghavan had tackled this theme of magical realism. 

Main lead Kalaiyarasan as Freud Sarvanan  sees several peculiar characters like a transient woman and Van Gogh. Anjali Patil is known to Tamil audience for her role in Kaala ,  the Pa Ranjith- Rajinikanth film. At the audio function, she said that she was in tears to hear that the film is coming to theaters. ( it was screened way back in 2021 at IFFK ). She said that the film showed her that film making can be democratic and not discriminated by the numbers or status.
