Continuing the legacy of the Nandamuri family, Nandamuri Mokshagnya, the grandson of Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao and son of Nandamuri Balakrishna, will make his much-awaited debut under the direction of creative maker Prasanth Varma, who is riding high on the sensational blockbuster success of HanuMan. The film, which will be a part of the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe (PVCU), will be bankrolled on a huge scale by Sudhakar Cherukuri under his SLV Cinemas, in association with Legend Productions. M Tejeswini Nandamuri is the presenter. The film which will be based on an ancient legend from our mythology with an entertaining narrative was announced officially today, on the occasion of Mokshagnya’s birthday.
Balakrishna and his family have been looking for the right project and director to introduce Mokshagnya as a lead actor. Their search led them to Prasanth Varma, renowned for his ability to make larger-than-life and engaging entertainers. Given Prasanth Varma's proven track record, including his recent blockbuster HanuMan, which achieved notable Pan India success, he emerged as the ideal choice for the launchpad of Mokshagnya.
The decision to collaborate with Prasanth Varma for a socio-fantasy aligns with Balakrishna's vision of making Mokshagnya's entry into cinema both memorable and impactful.
In preparation for his debut, Mokshagnya has undergone rigorous training to ensure he delivers a stellar performance. His preparation has included extensive training in acting, fights, and dance, to captivate Nandamuri fans and general movie enthusiasts alike.

Kannada cinema’s beloved stars, Mr. Perfect Ramesh Aravind and Golden Star Ganesh, have officially started their much-anticipated collaboration in the film Yours Sincerely Raam. On the auspicious occasion of the Gowri festival, the film’s Muhurta was held at Srinivasa Theatre in Gowdanapalya, Bengaluru. The ceremony, filled with excitement, saw actress and presenter Janavi Rayala clapping for the first shot, while the camera was inaugurated by director Vikhyath’s wife, Swathi Vikhyath.
The film, which unites Ramesh Aravind and Ganesh for the first time, has been titled Yours Sincerely Raam, a title that resonates with class and emotional depth. The first look teaser, unveiled during the event, has already impressed audiences, offering a glimpse into what promises to be an emotional roller coaster.
Speaking at the event, Ramesh Aravind expressed his happiness over finally collaborating with Vikhyath AR, recalling how their journey began almost a decade ago. “I was introduced to Vikhyath nine years ago when he came to narrate the story of Pushpaka Vimana,” Ramesh shared. “Ever since, I’ve watched him grow, and I’ve admired his artistic sensibility. There’s a delicate emotional quality in the posters and teasers of the films he has produced, and it’s wonderful to see him finally direct."
Vikhyath, who has supported films like Pushpaka Vimana and Monsoon Raaga as a producer, is now stepping into the role of director with Yours Sincerely Raam. Ramesh continued, “This is your first journey as a director, Vikhyath, and there’s so much joy in both Ganesh and me coming together for this. The Ganesh-Ramesh combo will bring as much joy to you as it has to us.” His words reflect the deep camaraderie and excitement surrounding the project, a rare collaboration between two of Sandalwood’s most beloved actors.
Golden Star Ganesh also shared his thoughts on the film, revealing how special it was to begin such a meaningful project on the day of the Gowri festival. “On the day of the Gowri festival, we are launching Yours Sincerely Raam,” Ganesh said. “This film has a beautiful story that will take you into a different world, focusing on the emotional relationship between the characters."
Ganesh further praised the film’s screenplay, which he described as deeply immersive. “Every scene and screenplay will be an experience. I’m thrilled to be working with Ramesh Sir, an amazing actor and technician,” Ganesh remarked, adding that the opportunity to work alongside Ramesh Aravind brought him immense joy. Popular actor and dubbing artiste P. Ravishankar is introducing his son Advay as a hero with his latest directorial venture “Subrahmanyaa”. Thirumal Reddy and Anil Kadiyala are bankrolling this socio-fantasy adventure prestigiously under the banner of SG Movie Creations. Smt Praveena Kadiyala and Smt Ramalakshmi present the movie which had its pre-look unveiled recently to superb response.
On the auspicious occasion of Vinayaka Chaturthi, the makers of Subrahmanyaa unveiled the film’s first look poster. The poster launched by Kannada superstar Dr. Shiva Rajkumar introduces Advay in the titular role as Subrahmanyaa. Sporting long hair and a beard, Advay looks handsome and elegant in the poster in a specially designed outfit, though he gives a serious gaze. We can see the intensity in his eyes. He is in jungle and at the entrance of a mysterious place with goons chasing him. The first look poster grabs everyone’s attention.
With 60% of production completed, post-production is actively underway at Red Chillies Studios in Mumbai. VFX and CGI work is also in progress at leading studios across Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai.
The film boasts top-notch technical expertise, with music by Ravi Basrur (known for KGF and Salaar), cinematography by Vignesh Raj, editing by Vijay M Kumar, and production design by Ullas Hydur (Sapta Sagaradache and Charlie 777).
Subrahmanyaa is set for a Pan India release in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi.
