SRK says Nayanthara is awesome - Big Directors rejected Thalapathy - Modern Love Chennai

Shah Rukh Khan's absence from the Jawan poster has led to questions, but he explained that the makers felt his name alone was sufficient. Speaking highly of his co-stars, he praised Nayanthara for being "lovely" and "too sweet," and called Vijay Sethupathi a "humble person" and a "brilliant actor" from whom he learned a lot. Shah Rukh Khan also shared that Atlee and Anirudh had him sing a few lines in Tamil for the film's songs. Jawan, directed by Atlee and featuring Shah Rukh Khan, is one of the most eagerly anticipated films of all time, set to release on September 7th. In a #AskSRK Twitter segment, the superstar revealed that it takes time and patience to create something worthy for the audience, and that the delay was due to everyone working tirelessly to bring their best. He also expressed excitement about the film's new genre, calling it an "Atlee special" that combines two ways of making films in tandem. Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in and as Jawan, produced by Red Chillies Entertainment.

At the Karumegangal kalaigindrana event held in Chennai, SA Chandrasekhar, who is both a director and the father of Thalapathy Vijay, revealed that his son was initially denied opportunities to act by several directors. He disclosed that Bharathiraja, in particular, refused to direct a film with Vijay, and even earlier, when Chandrasekhar himself was aspiring to become a director, he was turned away by Bharathiraja. Instead, he ended up directing movies himself. Chandrasekhar also mentioned that he approached Gautham Menon for a project with Vijay, but that didn't pan out either. Despite these initial rejections, Chandrasekhar expressed gratitude that he was the one who launched Vijay's acting career through his directorial debut. He believes that his son's success as a commercial hero was ultimately part of God's plan, and that it was for the better that he came to him for his launch, given the lack of opportunities from other established directors in the early days. Gautam Menon was present at the event. Director- writer Thangar Pachan gufted poet- lyricist Vairamuthu a golden pen. Actress Aditi Balan was also spoke at the event.

Thalapathy next with Super Good - PS2 takes 50% drop - Dhoni first film wrap up

The makers of “L.G.M” are happy to announce that they have wrapped up shooting. PS2 takes a deep slide after Holidays PS 2 main domestic market of Tamil Nadu saw a deep drop on Tuesday after the four day holidays. The collections from Day one increased steeply and continued till Monday ( May day ). Tuesday saw ot fall it fall from Rs 18 cr to Rs 10 cr. Details below. Thalapathy next producer is Super Good confirms Jiva Now, actor Jiiva has provided a big update regarding T68. In his previous interview, Jiiva said that his home production banner Super Good Films' 100th movie would be headlined by Thalapathy Vijay, and it seems, the studio will indeed be producing T68. During a recent Instagram interaction, Jiiva assume to have confirmed that Super Good Films will be producing T68 and also confirmed that the official announcement regarding the same will be made super soon.

Vijay backs Nelson despite Beast flop

 Thalapathy Vijay has assured director Nelson that he would do a film for him at the earliest. Beast collections have dipped badly and below 50 % of the first two days. Sun Pictures and Vijay who is a personal friend of  Tirupur Subramanian , head of exhibitors body, have asked him to ask movie halls to at least hold the film for one more week in main screens. From Monday onwards, big screens that were allotted to Beast are shifting to KGF 2.

Rajinikanth saw Beast at a private show and the next day he saw KGF 2. Rumours say that the producer of Rajinikanth's next film has said that trade has conveyed a negative rating to the Nelson- Rajini combo. As Annaatthe was only an average hit and Beast a just scraped through film from director Nelson , trade feels that this combo has two minus to start with.

Vijay is said to have taken the stance that he had clearly approved the film screenplay and the failure blame being put on Nelson was not right. He said that misjudging the success of KGF 2 in Tamil Nadu was also another reason and the fault lay with Sun Pictures. Going by previous track record of a lesser Star Karti film Kaaithi pitted against Bigil doing reasonably well, Sun should have postponed the film by a week and this would given Beast a breathing space and away from the direct firing line of KGF euphoria. 

Sun Pictures seemed to have been over confident  and result was that the production house and it's distributor Red Giant are now asking movie halls to retain the film in big screens. Vijay said to his inner circle that though Nelson came with a novel story line, it was he who chose a ` safe' film subject and ended up with mud on his face.

Sources say that Sun Pictures might back Vijay- Nelson project . Nelson after Rajinikanth film and Vijay after the Vamsi- Dil Raju film is expected to reunite. Though Vijay is not known to repeat directors who failed , in this case he feels that Nelson is not the culprit. Sources point out that En Tamizh Magan in which he played a dual role was his brain child and directed by Bharthan but  it flopped. He gave another date for Bharathan and it was Baairava.

AC at the age of 78 directed his 71st film Naan Kadavul Illai  . SAC, father of Thalapathy Vijay at the teaser and trailer release of the film said that somebody in the media said that what he said about his son being named Vijay was after getting inspired by Big B- Salim Javed films charachter name was false was spinning a false story. He said that no grandfather of Vijay worked in Vijay Vahuni studios and neither did  the studio owner Nagi Reddy name him. He asked the media to be true to facts. He said directors should speak boldly through films. The subject was born during his stay in cousin Xavier Britto resort during Covid times. He said Britto ( producer of Master) came here as a producer and not as his cousin.
