The film is likely to close around 520 Cr, with around 87% recovery, and settles at an average status at the box office and as the 4th biggest grosser of Kollywoo

 Sivakarthikeyan is  to choose Siruthai Siva as director. Along with this SK also has not liked the story told by Venkat Prabhu and told him to make changes. Reason being that VP story has resemblance to Doctor subject. So VP and SK project right now looks bleak as Venkat Prabhu doesn’t want to modify as it would kill the soul of the film. The official X page of Prabhas’ Salaar  shared a post related to ceasefire announcement, which faced backlash from netizens. the makers of Salaar created an official page for the movie on X before its release, with an ID – @SalaarTheSaga. Fans used to get updates about the film; even today, the page is very active. Yesterday, after the ceasefire was officially announced, one smart post was shared on the page. Salaar is originally titled ‘Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire‘, so the makers shared a small clip of the title card showing ‘Part 1 – Ceasefire’ on the official X page, thus making a statement about the ceasefire agreement with Pakistan. As soon as the post was shared, it received mostly negative reactions from netizens.

Many thought that the makers of Salaar were using the country’s serious issue to promote their movie. One X user directly targeted Prabhas by writing, “Shame on Prabhas.” One user criticised the production house for the post by saying, “Have some shame @hombalefilms. Use common sense at least.”

Currently, Good Bad Ugly has registered only 26% of Vidaamuyarchi’s final pre-sales on BMS. It would be interesting to see if GBU picks up pace on BMS and overpowers Ajith Kumar’s last release.

Kriti Sanon who previously denied dating reports with co-star Prabhas, is now rumoured to get engaged soon. Reacting to the speculations, source close to Prabhas has dismissed the claims. Kriti and Prabhas will be starring together in their upcoming film, Adipurush.

A source close to Prabhas strongly denies the rumors and adds, "There is absolutely no truth to the stories doing rounds and it's just a figment of someone's imagination. Both Prabhas and Kriti are co-stars and anything that suggests otherwise shouldn't be believed. "

The grand teaser of Adipurush was unveiled on the banks of the Sarayu in one of the most sacred cities in the world, Ayodhya. Present at the event were actors Prabhas and Kriti Sanon along with the men behind it all, director Om Raut and producer Bhushan Kumar. 

However, the makers have pulled off an impressive start with the grand scale event in Ayodhaya. From the storyline to the performances, everything about Adipurush is a matter of pride for India, as we can now create films that are on par with international standards and equivalent  to the cinema that we have been consuming from countries like USA and UK since years. 

Adipurush is produced by T-series, Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar, & Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles and will be releasing on 12th January 2023.

KGF team next Salaar with Prabhas on Septemner 28th - official

Salaar is an out-and-out mass action and adventure film which is shot around the globe in countries such as India, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
