bought the film’s OTT streaming rights for Rs. 25 crores, which is a
remarkable deal for a mid-budget film. The movie will begin streaming on
Netflix from November 14 in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
This means Dude will be available on OTT less than a month after its
theatrical release. We have to see if Dude gets more love on OTT than in
theaters, or if it will face backlash for some of the bold and
controversial themes explored in the film. Meanwhile, Pradeep is now
working on Love Insurance Kompany, directed by Vignesh Shivan, with Krithi
