'Rock Star' Rajaguru in Enga Kulasamy' based on the story of Professor Nirmala Devi incident

The film 'Enga Kulasamy' is being produced by a new film company called 'Arya Entertainment'. Debut director Vijayakumar is directing the film with Professor Nirmala Devi as the plot. YouTube star 'Rock Star' Rajaguru makes his debut as the protagonist.

The protagonist of the story is the hero who takes the law into his own hands to seek justice for the death of his sister who died in the professor's insidious speech. Set in a medical college setting, the story will be simultaneously produced in Tamil and Telugu.

Rashmika Mandanna comes for Sultan promotion !!!

 Rashmika Mandana, big draw in Telugu and with two big Hindi projects in hand came to Chennai for promotion of her Tamil debut film Sultan starring Karthi. The media was surprised as even South heroines do not come for promotions of their film. Actress like Nayanthara have included clauses that she will not come for ant film promotional activity.

Sultan releasing next week is an action film directed by Bhagiyaraj Kannan and set in rural backdrop. Karthi said that Rashmika had to go the grind of a village girl and shoot in the rustic surreoundings with cowdung and hay. He felt that the film will be remade in all languages. Lal plays the badie and Napolean also acts in the film. Vivek Mervin the music duo spoke at the event. Karti said thathe agreed to do the film by just listening to a one line story. Kannan and Producer S R Prabhu too spoke at the meet.

Prithiviraj to host MasterChef in Surya TV - Vijay Sethupathi in Sun, Venkatesh in Telugu - Kiccha in Kannada

 Prithiviraj is the next big STAR in Malayalam to be TV host. He will host the International show MasterChef in Sun Network channel Surya in Malayalam. Suresh Gopi and Mohanlal were the top Stars who hosted TV shows and Suraj Venjaramoodu - Mukesh from filmdom were other actors who were successful. Currently Bigg Boss 3 is being hosted by Mohanlal in Asianet and is going on at Chennai's EVP Film City.  The show is produced by Banijay, who are also producers of Master Chef to be aired on Surya.

Though Bigg Boss 3 proceedings have picked up, TRP's have not not and remain at single digits. MasterChef India is one of the most popular cooking reality television shows of India. The show is inspired by an Australian show namely MasterChef Australia and it also follows a format similar to the Australian version. MasterChef India season 1 aired in the year 2010. Vaibhav starrer Aalambaana directed by Barry K Vijay  and produced by KJR and Chandru has created a buzz after the first look poster was released. Parvathi Nair, Dindigul I. Kannada Actor Thej 's Rewind and GOD in Tamil

Actor Thej 's Rewind is releasing on April 18 in Tamil and Kannada. He is  to act and direct a pan Indian film GOD. He had made his debut in Tamil films "KadhalukkuMaranamillai" "konjam veyil konjammazhai" and Gaantham .  Simbhu film Maanaadu was to be titled Rewind in Kannada and director Venkat Prabhu on knowing that Tej had produced a film with same name decided to give a new name. The intriguing teaser of Maanaadu opens with the city, the action sequences and even the credits shown in the film moving in rewind mode. " I am currently acting in the movie Ramachari 2.O in Kannada. I will finish it and start my "God"  film soon, ”says Thej.

Arun Vijay 33 launched with Hari direction- Priya Bhavani Shankar as heroine

Arun Vijay who has been scaling new heights had his 33rd film launched in Chennai on March 3rd (Wednesday). Directed by Hari and produced Vedikkaaranpatti S.Sakthivel the project is being made under a mammoth budget. Priya Bhavani Shankar plays heroine .The cast boasts of a star ensemble of  Prakash Raj, Radikaa Sarathkumar, Yogi Babu, Ammu Abirami, Rajesh, Thalaivasal Vijay, Bose Venkat, Cooku With Comali Rajendran Raju, Aishwarya, Jayabalan and Rama among other. GV Prakash will compose music for the film that is Hari's 16th directorial. The shoot will begin in Pazhani Hills from March 16th and will move across the locales of Rameswaram, Ramnad, Tuticorin, Karaikudi and Chennai.
