Nani's Hit teaser very brutal / Aishwarya Rajesh Suzhal 2 music launched
Natural Star Nani, Sailesh Kolanu, Wall Poster Cinema, Unanimous Productions, HIT: The 3rd Case Teaser: Sarkaar’s Laathi is Nothing Less Than Brutal
Natural Star Nani's highly anticipated crime and action thriller, HIT: The 3rd Case, is creating a strong buzz. Directed by the visionary Dr. Sailesh Kolanu, this film marks the third installment in the immensely successful HIT series, which has already generated immense excitement with its gripping glimpses and eye-catching posters. Produced by Prashanti Tipirneni under the banner of Wall Poster Cinema, in association with Nani’s own Unanimous Productions, the film has its teaser called Sarkaar’s Laathi unleashed today, on the occasion of Nani’s birthday.
The plot centres around a series of murders that follow a disturbingly similar pattern, leaving the police completely perplexed. Despite their relentless efforts, they are unable to solve the case or catch the perpetrator. In a last-ditch attempt, they turn to Arjun Sarkaar, a name that sends shivers down the spines of criminals.
Nani’s portrayal of Arjun Sarkaar is nothing less than brutal. He brings an unfiltered intensity to the role, embodying a character who is as frightening as he is inexorable. From his intimidating gestures to his explosive temper, Nani’s Arjun Sarkaar is a whirlwind of aggression.
One particularly harrowing sequence of a gruesome scene where he stabs a knife into a criminal’s stomach and lifts it upward, causing blood to splatter onto the roof. This moment is a chilling testament to the character’s unyielding ferocity.
Director Sailesh Kolanu takes the HIT series to new levels with his masterful storytelling and visually arresting presentation. Nani, with his powerhouse performance, adds a layer of depth and intensity that elevates the narrative. This is a character that breaks the mold, and Nani’s transformation is both striking and unforgettable.
The film’s technical aspects are equally impressive, with Sanu John Varghese’s cinematography captures the gritty, atmospheric world of the crime thriller with stunning clarity, while Mickey J Meyer’s background score heightens the tension and adds to the film’s overall impact. The production quality, helmed by Prashanti Tipirneni’s Wall Poster Cinema and Nani’s Unanimous Productions, is nothing short of exceptional. Editing is handled by Karthika Srinivas R, while Sri Nagendra Tangala is the production designer.
With Srinidhi Shetty playing the female lead, HIT: The 3rd Case is slated for a theatrical release on May 1st, 2025.
The bold and unconventional content, combined with Nani’s stellar performance, has already generated immense buzz. This is a film that promises to redefine the crime thriller genre and leave audiences craving more.

A groundbreaking cinematic endeavor, "Toxic" is the first ever large scale Indian film to be conceptualized, written, and filmed in both English and an Indian language, Kannada being the Indian language the film is being shot in, paving the way for a truly global film experience. The film will be dubbed in multiple Indian and international languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam.
Rocking Star Yash’s "Toxic," written and directed by the internationally acclaimed Geetu Mohandas, is poised to redefine cross-cultural storytelling. Shot in both English and Kannada, the film aims for global resonance. Kannada captures the nuances for Indian audiences, while English ensures accessibility worldwide, reflecting the filmmakers' commitment to authenticity and diverse reach.
"Our vision for 'Toxic' was to craft a narrative that resonates authentically with audiences both in India and globally," says director Geetu Mohandas. "We've strived to capture the nuances of the story in both Kannada and English, ensuring an authentic experience for viewers across different linguistic and cultural backgrounds. 'Toxic' explores a collaboration of artistic vision and precision of commercial storytelling. It's a journey that transcends borders, languages, and cultural confines, designed to connect with hearts and minds worldwide."
Toxic, a film jointly produced by Venkat Narayana under KVN Productions and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations, was conceived as a global cinematic experience. This vision is reflected in the collaboration between Yash, a box office phenomenon, and Geetu Mohandas, whose work has been awarded at many international platforms, including the Sundance Film Festival and the Toronto Film Festival. The film's international team—including action sequences by JJ Perry, best known for his work in the John Wick and Fast & Furious franchises, and visual effects by DNEG, who recently won the BAFTA Film Award for Special Visual Effects for Dune: Part Two—was carefully assembled to match the project's scale, further emphasizing this global approach. The filmmakers' commitment to authentic storytelling and messaging led them to embrace the bilingual format.
Last month, on Rocking Star Yash's birthday, the team released a "Birthday Peek" offering a glimpse into the world of "Toxic." The teaser generated significant excitement, showcasing the film's scale and international-standard production values.
The film's recently revealed bilingual nature has required extensive preparation and extended days of shoot. Filming began in August 2024. The filmmakers are invested in creating an immersive world, bringing together a top-tier global and Indian talent pool. These factors combined have contributed to the project's scale and timeline, positioning Toxic as one of the most expensive Indian productions to date.
Producer Venkat K Narayana emphasized the film's ambitious scope, saying, "Our goal for "Toxic" was crystal clear: a film that resonates in India and globally. From the very beginning, we were driven by a deep conviction in this story and its potential. This unwavering belief fueled our "all-in" approach, required to bring this cinematic experience to life. We embraced the challenge wholeheartedly, confident that "Toxic" will not only captivate audiences worldwide but also showcase the brilliance of Indian cinema on a global stage.

Shankae says ED attachment legal abuse / Vidamuyurchi gives Rs 15 cr profit to Lyca : see breakup
Director Shankar {ress Release in full
I wish to bring to public attention a recent action taken by the Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Chennai Zonal Office, in which they have provisionally attached three immovable properties of mine, based on baseless plagiarism allegations related to the film Enthiran (Robot). Till date, there is no communication from the Enforcement Directorate regarding the attachment, but the attachment was widely circulated in Media.
This action not only misinterprets the legal facts but also represents a clear misuse of the legal process.
It is crucial to highlight that the matter concerning these allegations was already thoroughly adjudicated by the Hon'ble High Court in Civil Suit No. 914/2010. The Court carefully examined the evidence and arguments from both sides, dismissing the claim filed by Aarur Tamil Nadan, which sought to declare him as the rightful copyright holder of the Enthiran story.
Despite this clear judicial resolution, the Enforcement Directorate has proceeded with the attachment of my properties, relying on an independent report from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), and ignoring the binding judgment of the Hon'ble High Court in C.S.No.914/2010. Furthermore, the private complaint referred to by the Enforcement Directorate has already been stayed by the Hon'ble High Court, Chennai in the order passed in Crl.MP.No.13914/23 in Crl.Op.No.20452/23.
Given these facts, I am deeply disheartened by the continued action of the ED, despite a clear legal ruling from the Civil Court, which categorically stated that no copyright violation took place. This overreach represents a blatant abuse of the legal process.
I trust the authorities will review their actions and cease further proceedings in this matter. Should they fail to do so, I will have no choice but to appeal against the attachment order.
Attachment: Judgment passed in C.S.No.914/2010 dated 15.06.2023

Ajith to rock with Simran in Good Bad Ugly / Keerthi Pandian back with Akenam
Ajith fans have a good news. The Valee jodi is coming back in Good Bad and Ugly. Yes Simran and Ajith in the film. Simran acted in two films with Ajith and second was Unnai kodu Ennai tharuven directed by Kavee Kalidas. It was a disaster. Actually Simran- Thalapathy made a great combo and has some good rollicking songs together. Already Trisha is the heroine and their last outing was Vidamuyurchi , a disaster. Though majority feel that it was not a bad film, the unnecessary divorce= extra martial portions took the sheen off the lead pair. The gut feeling is that GBU should cover up the VM disaster. April 10 is release date and next week comes the teaser. GVP songs magic has yet to take off. According to sources, Good Bad Ugly will have a minimum of 10 elevation scenes for the actor Ajith Kumar and will be a mass commercial package and have the potential to become a blockbuster success similar to Rajinikanth’s Jailer.
Simran’s upcoming film Tourist Family with Sasikumar has come in for praise. Overseas Distributor of the film wrote on X - Vithurs, who has bought the overseas rights of director Abhishan Jeevinth’s upcoming feel-good family entertainer, ‘Tourist Family’, featuring actors Sasikumar and Simran in the lead, has called the film a “gem” and said, that as an Eelam Tamil, the film was close to his heart.
he first look of the new film, titled 'Akenam', starring the multi-faceted actor-producer-distributor Arun Pandian, has been released. 'Makkall Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi, actor Ashok Selvan, actress Aishwarya Rajesh - director Gokul - actress Ramya Pandian jointly released it on their social media pages and congratulated the film crew.
Directed by Uday K, the film 'Akenam' stars Arun Pandian, Keerthi Pandian, Praveen Raja, Aditya Shivpink, Ramesh Thilak, G. M. Sundar, Aditya Menon, Seetha and many others. Vignesh Govindarajan has handled the cinematography and Bharat Veeraragavan has composed the music for this film. Divethian has handled the editing and Raja has handled the art direction. It is also worth noting that all the technicians working in this film are making their debut through the film 'Akenam'. This film, which is being prepared as an emotional work with entertainment elements, has been produced by producer Arun Pandian on behalf of A & B Groups.
Talking about the film, the director said, "The screenplay of the film Aakenam is vibrant and exciting. The film was shot in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry as well as in some important parts of North India. The background music of the film has been recorded in famous music halls in European countries to ensure that it is of international standard. In addition, the film features the national award-winning Odissi dance master Mr. Gangadhar Nayak and his team, along with many North Indian dance artists, in the song sequence featured in the film.
