In Andhra/ TS the actual amount and claimed amount differed by Rs 98 crores. The total amount of Rs 1700 crores including overseas now seems to be over inflated by a great margin. With Rs 219 crore less from outside AP/TS and Rs 98 crore from two Telugu States, the shortfall in India collection is Rs 317 crores. So who is give actuals from overseas ?.
